1. Bookings:
• All bookings must be made through our official website or approved platforms. Confirmation of booking is sent upon successful payment or deposit.
2. Cancellations:
• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund.
• For cancellations within 48 hours, a cancellation fee of 50% applies.
3. No-Show Policy:
• No-shows are charged 100% of the booking value as a service fee.
Eligibility:
• All clients must complete a medical history form before receiving IV therapy or wellness services.
• We reserve the right to deny services based on medical contraindications or safety concerns.
Arrive 10 minutes before your appointment to ensure a smooth and timely experience.
Please NOTE Consultations with our certified staff is required for new clients to ensure the best treatment plan.
1. Respect for Property:
• Guests are expected to treat Gold Coast HAUS premises with care. Any damages caused will incur repair fees.
2. Behavior Standards:
• Gold Coast HAUS promotes a respectful and inclusive environment. Disrespectful or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
3. Photography & Social Media:
• Photography for personal use is allowed. Commercial or promotional content creation requires prior approval.

1. Minimum Commitment
Memberships require a minimum commitment of 3 months. Cancellation requests will only be processed after the completion of this initial period.
2. Billing Cycle
Membership fees are automatically charged to the card on file on the 15th of each month. Members must ensure their payment method remains active and up-to-date to avoid interruptions.
3. Cancellation Notice
Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 10 days prior to the billing cycle (by the 5th of the month). Requests made after this date will take effect the following month, and the next billing cycle will still be charged.
4. Final Billing
Membership fees are non-refundable once charged. Cancellation must be confirmed prior to the billing cycle to avoid charges for the next month.
5. Freezes and Suspensions
Members may freeze their membership for an unlimited number of months for a fee of $20 per month to keep their card on file and membership active. Requests to freeze must be submitted in writing prior to the freeze period.
6. Refunds
No refunds will be issued for partial months or unused services unless cancellation is due to extenuating circumstances, such as relocation or medical reasons, which must be verified with appropriate documentation.
7. Confirmation of Cancellation
Cancellation will be confirmed via email or written correspondence. Members are responsible for ensuring they receive confirmation to avoid future charges.
8. Rejoining
Former members may rejoin at any time, subject to availability and payment of a new initiation fee if applicable.
